Terms
Terms of use
MEDIA is software. These terms explain what you can expect from it and what is expected of you.
Last updated 2026-11-08.
What MEDIA is
MEDIA is a media center application for Windows and Android TV, with an account service that syncs your profiles and settings. MEDIA does not host, sell, provide or index any films, series, streams or other media.
Addons and content
Content reaches MEDIA only through addons that you choose to install. Addons are made and run by third parties and are not reviewed or endorsed by MEDIA. You are responsible for the addons you install and for making sure you have the right to watch, download or share any content you use with MEDIA, under the laws of your country.
Your account
Keep your password safe and turn on two-step verification. You are responsible for activity on your account. Accounts may be suspended if they are used to break the law or to harm the service or other people.
MEDIA Extras
MEDIA is free: browsing, playback, addons and My Space. MEDIA Extras add more: €6 a month for 3 extras of your choice, and €1 for each one more. During the closed beta nothing is charged: the owner turns extras on.
No warranty
MEDIA is provided as is, during an early release, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, MEDIA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
Changes
These terms may change as MEDIA develops. The date above shows the latest version.
